Fitness Society Membership
Individuals must have an active and current membership with The Fitness Society, 172-176 High Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 3AP.
Individuals are required to present their membership card at their consultation and any subsequent appointments.
This offer is exclusive to The Fitness Society Berkhamsted, and cannot be extended to other health and fitness establishments.
Qualifying Criteria
In order to qualify, individuals must be current members of The Fitness Society (172-176 High Street, Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, HP4 3AP), produce a valid membership card on request and be over the age of 18 years old. Unfortunately, no one under the age of 18 will be treated and original copies of identification/proof of age may be requested.
All treatments and sale of products are subject to a face to face consultation.
This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.
The discount can only be redeemed by the member and is non-transferable. There is no cash alternative.
Discounts cannot be applied to any prescription item or treatment that involves the use of prescription medications.
By participating, individuals agree to the terms and conditions associated with the membership discount programme detailed here, and also the business terms and conditions which can be found here.
All participants are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
All participants will complete a medical history form at or prior to their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
Terms and Conditions
Terms apply to any individual accessing or using The Fitness Society (‘TFS’) membership discount programme.
By participating, the individual agrees to use the TFS membership discount programme in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorised to register or participate in any manner.
By participating in the referral program, all parties are agreeing to our Privacy Policy.
Individuals or clients may not participate in the programme where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulations.
Discounts are not redeemable against any prescription item, or treatments involving the use of prescription medication or items. This includes but is not limited to treatment with botulinum toxin.
We reserve the right to modify or amend at any time these Terms and Conditions at any time and without warning. You may terminate your agreement if you do not wish to be bound by any amendments but by continuing to use our website or the TFS membership discount programme you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms.
Rewards and benefits may change from time to time without notice. Up to date information will be displayed on the website. Different clients may be in receipt of different benefits.
The use of any rewards and benefits is solely at the discretion of Six Aesthetics.
All discounts and benefits from this programme are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
All treatment and sale of products, whether the TFS membership discount programme is utilised or not, is at the sole discretion of Six Aesthetics. We reserve the right to refuse to provide consultation/treatment/service/sale to anyone at any time, including but not limited to declining treatment due to any contradictory condition(s).
An upper limit on the number of time the discount can be used by a single individual may be applied in due course. We reserve the right to implement this clause without warning. Any further treatments or purchases above this limit will not qualify for discounts or benefits.
Individuals and service users are subject to verification and issuing the discount may be delayed until the investigation is completed to our satisfaction. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or believe will impose potential liability on Six Aesthetics, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents. Any decision made in respect of whether or not an individual or service user has been successfully verified and a whether a client is entitled to a reward or benefit shall be final and binding.
Discounts and benefits are not transferable and may not be sold, traded, bartered or auctioned. Upon termination of this programme or any portion thereof for any reason, or upon cancellation of a clients account for any reason, any unredeemed benefits or discounts accumulated by the client are lost.
If an individual generates three transactions or orders thats result in a refund, then the individual is no longer eligible to participate in the programme.
We may terminate this agreement and cease to do any further business with you if:
- We feel you or anyone you refer is misusing this programme
- We suspect you are in breach of this agreement or our Terms and Conditions
- We suspect you are about to commit a breach to this agreement or our Terms and Conditions
Upon termination you will no longer be able to use our services, make purchases through us or redeem any rewards or benefits. If when we terminate, you are still in possession of any rewards or benefits which you have yet to redeem, these rewards and benefits will be lost and forfeit.
We will not be liable to you for any business, financial or economic loss or for any consequential or indirect loss, including but not limited to reputation, lost profit, loss of anticipated savings or lost opportunity arising as a result of any services or product from this agreement or associated with us in anyway.
